Secondment I Senior Health and Safety Specialist (0.5 FTE)

With the sector undergoing rapid change and innovation, we’re evolving as an organisation to meet these opportunities. We’re seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist to help strengthen and develop a people‑centred, holistic approach to health, safety, and wellbeing. The role supports leaders and teams to embed effective HSW practices, take a systemic approach to identifying and managing psychosocial risks and hazards, build capability, and positively influence our wellbeing and safety culture. This 20‑hour‑per‑week (0.5 FTE) role suits someone wanting part‑time work or looking to broaden their experience while remaining in their substantive role on reduced hours.
Ideally, candidates would be available to start in role as soon as possible, however this is open to discussion with the successful person and the host agency.
