In partnership, HSE Global Academy, DIA, MoJ, MBIE and the GHSL have developed an innovative, scalable and sustainable eLearning pathway for Health and Safety Representatives (H&S Reps) across New Zealand. Designed with flexibility in mind, this engaging and interactive pathway supports organisations of all sizes by providing accessible upskilling and re-skilling opportunities for H&S Reps.

These 10 x 20-minute online modules are self-paced and cover the role of a H&S Rep, legal context, communication, risk management, reporting incidents and near misses, and more.

The H&S Representative Pathway is a structured learning journey designed in line with the NZISM H&S Rep Competency Wheel to support H&S Reps in their roles with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make a real difference in their workplace. The pathway will provide learners with:

What Is the Cost

GHSL Members can exclusively buy this 3.5-hour, 10-module H&S Rep Learning Pathway for $200 per learner. You can register one person or a team of HS Reps.
