GHSL - Finalists at 2026 New Zealand H&S Awards
We are delighted that the GHSL has been announced as a New Zealand H&S Awards finalist in the Governance category.
The nomination is for our digital leadership initiatives across the Safe-Gov mobile app, designed to support officers in their duties under the H&S at Work Act (2015), and the GHSL Sharepoint H&S Resource Hub, which helps member agencies to share policy and practice quickly and easily across the public sector.
We firmly believe that these are going to be two valuable tools for the public sector over years to come. Congratulations also to the other public sector finalists:
- NZ Police
- NZ Transport Agency
- Ministry for Primary Industries
We are also delighted to see one of the ex-GHSL Interns who is now working at Plunket, Zung Mai, is a finalist in the Emerging Practitioner category – and this is a great acknowledgement of the quality of interns we have going through our GHSL Summer Intern Programme.
