2026 Driving Safely for Work Conference

The Government Health and Safety Lead is proud to be hosting a one-off public sector focused Conference on Driving Safely for Work. This event is a full-day development event, to be held at Shed 6, Queens Wharf, Wellington on Thursday 12 November 2026

This Conference aims to increase knowledge of best practice when managing driving for work, moving beyond focusing simply on speed and compliance, considering the many factors that can lead to harm being caused while driving. We have lined up industry specialists to discuss key topics such as driving and fatigue, the psychology of distractions, the future of fleet, and other key topics.
