When it comes to wellbeing at work, our global culture is changing. In the six months that Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency’s Chief Executive Nicole Rosie has been in the role, a global pandemic has changed the way organisations work, including a changed perspective on mental health.
Nicole started at Waka Kotahi in February 2020. As we all know, New Zealand went into total lockdown other than essential work at 11:59pm Wednesday 25 March 2020, Nicole’s sixth week in the role.
